Getting rid of any roof racks will give your car a better air stream allowing your car to move faster. New spark plugs are always a good idea. New spark plugs will help give your car better fuel economy and help start up easier. Spark plugs are one of the cheapest parts you can get for your car. They could be as little as $1.50 a piece or again if you are going for performance you might choose to go for the high end racing plugs that could be about $10-$30 for one. Having low rolling resistant tires will also help give you better fuel economy. If your tires are starting to look kind of bald you should think about getting new ones. Tires can be $100 to even $800 or a grand per tire depending on what you are looking for.
