Hi, I’m Mackenna Faucher, a senior at Triton High School and writer for the Triton Voice. I love covering teachers and student trends/profiles for news stories. In my free time, I’m usually either skiing, hiking, taking photos, or working at Tendercrop Farm as a cashier. Next year, I plan on double majoring in psychology and communications. For college, I am applying to schools in Maine, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. I decided to join journalism because I wanted to learn how to write professionally and stay updated with local and global news. As for the designing aspect of the paper, I would like to help with photography and formatting. I’m taking AP Comp and Digital Art, so these classes definitely go hand-in-hand with Journalism.
