Hello there, my name is Caitlin White, and I am a junior at Triton High School in Byfield, Massachusetts. I work at Marini Farm in Ipswich, Massachusetts and enjoy playing golf and basketball. In my free time, I like to go outside, listen to music, ski, and watch TV. A unique fact about myself is that I have a hearing loss. I was born with a moderate bilateral sensor neural hearing loss; therefore I wear hearing aids in both ears. I am planning on attending college in the New England area for business, and more specifically sports management. I enjoy writing interesting and unique stories for the newspaper because these are the types of stories I like to read. Writing for the paper is fantastic because I get to write about whatever topic that interests me. The freedom of writing about a subject I enjoy is refreshing and indeed is one of my favorite parts about being a writer for the school newspaper.
