Walking into this restaurant we are greeted by mouth watering smells wafting  from the kitchen.

Some of you might have already heard of the new tiktok craze, Wing Stop. Trending right now people are
driving near and far to get their hands on these delicious wings. Although this is not all Wingstop has to
offer Louisiana Voodoo fries, chicken sandwiches, Cajun fried corn, and desserts.

On May 11, 2023 journalism reporters Anna Webb and Maggie Reilly went on a mission to review the
fried chicken restaurant, Wingstop.

Upon entering the restaurant the atmosphere is alive and bustling. There are tables full with groups of all
ages, some families, teens, and older couples. All of them are there for the same reason, to enjoy a filling and delicious meal.

Anna and Maggie waited in line at the counter excited to give Wing Stop a try. The workers were very
kind and patient. Giving us recommendations as to which wings we should give a try.

When asked if they liked the food themselves an employee said “ Yes I think the food is great. I usually
get a chicken sandwich or boneless wings on my lunch break.”

With that recommendation in mind Anna and I decided to give the boneless wings a try. Out of the large variety of flavors Anna chose the mild and garlic parmesan. Maggie however, ordered the hawaiian and lemon pepper.

“The chicken is very crispy and tastes like it just came out of the fryer.” said Senior Maggie Reilly

The boneless wings in general are crispy and delicious. They are the perfect bite sized wings that pack a flavorful punch. With chicken cooked perfectly and the best ratio of sauce to crunch.

The mild flavor wasn’t too spicy but still very tasty. While the Hawaiian was sweet and tangy  with island citrus balanced with rich Asian flavors. The lemon pepper was definitely a favorite. The zesty lemon and cracked black pepper dry rub stands out from the rest. Lastly the garlic parmesan  is a dry rub with Savory garlic and buttery parmesan. It is simple yet very delicious.

We’re not the only people who think Wingstop deserves the hype.  A random customer said, “I got the bone-in hot honey rub and it’s my go to.”

This is a great article to read because it is just another restaurant that Triton students and staff need to try.  Overall we ordered four different flavors of wings and we can explain just how good these wings are.
