Triton Senior Week

Triton Senior Week is coming up in a month, a week that the senior class comes together to do fun activities with each other for the last time as a grade.

The first event will be senior prom and it will be held at CruisePort Gloucester on Tuesday, May 29th, 2018. Other events in the works are: a Red Sox game, Boston Day Trip, Elementary School Tour, and a Bagel Breakfast Yearbook signing. Students participated in a survey earlier this year for the senior week activities to be decided.

“The Boston trip will consist of going the Improv Asylum Comedy Show and then dinner at Faneuil Hall. Tickets are $10 for the show. And the Red Sox game costs $15,” the office staff said in an email to the guardians of the senior class.

Senior Marlee Smith, is very delighted for this fun-filled week. She says “I’m looking forward to the Boston trip the most because I get to walk around the city all day with my friends, and I think it will be really cool and fun.”

The Red Sox game is a newly introduced event to senior week at Triton, and a lot of people are thrilled about going to the game!

Senior Marc Wood, who is a part of the baseball team here, is looking forward to the Red Sox game.

Wood says, “I love baseball, I think it’s going to be really cool to go to New England’s home baseball field and watch the Sox play with my friends.”

Skyla Lewis, who graduated from Triton last year, says senior week was one of the best week of her life.

“Senior week is the last hooray of your high school career! You get to hang out with your whole grade before you guys graduate. So enjoy it because it’s over before you know it,” Lewis explains.

Senior week is a memorable time for all seniors. It is a time to spend with the people you have been with for the last 4 or 6 years and you’ll never forget it.
