This year, our students have already been getting excited for Halloween, especially trick or treating. What are some of the trendiest costumes this year?

Many students have talked about the clown sightings this year, so what better costume than dressing up like one! Dressing up with a colorful wig, a clown outfit and face makeup would definitely cause quite a scare. Lynn Wideberg, a junior, stated that she would love that costume. “My friends and I would have a lot of fun dressing up like that, it would be a lot of fun to scare  people.”

   Another entertaining costume is from the theme of the movie The Purge. Many teenagers have had interest in this costume throughout this month so far. The costume is just wearing a long white shirt with fake blood spilled across it. Nike pros shorts would be suitable for the pants and then a purge mask to finish it off. This costume gives a good connection to modern movies and is very fun and also scary!

     A football player is another costume that will be popular this upcoming Halloween. We at Triton show a lot of support towards our sports team. Wearing a jersey, whether or not it’s a Triton jersey, would be a very trendy and original costume.

     You can make a costume your own by doing it with your friends and having someone dress as a ref or a football.  A joint costume with a couple of friends is very cool and fun to plan, and looks very cute on the night of Halloween.

     Although, the jersey uniform costume isn’t very scary, it will still be a big hit on your street Halloween night.  

  However you are dressed on Halloween your night will definitely be filled with spooky happenings and many yummy treats!
