Mitchell Wolpert of Salisbury has always been an active member of the Triton community.

Since middle school, Wolpert says he has participated in over ten school theatrical productions in addition to performing outside of school as well.

“I had so much fun with all the fast-paced and energetic dances in the show”, said Wolpert, of his favorite production ‘Leader of the Pack’, which was presented by Triton School in the spring of 2015.

After school and on weekends, Wolpert volunteers part-time at Anna Jacques Hospital where he brings patients their meals.

“I love knowing I can make a sick person’s day just by giving them some food and a smile”, said Wolpert.

After high school, Wolpert plans on continuing on in the medical field by studying pre-med and going on to medical school to become a surgeon. He is applying to Northeastern University, the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and the University of California at Los Angeles.

“I’ll miss the sense of community and love from all my teachers and peers”, said Wolpert of his feelings about leaving Triton.
