As we are getting closer and closer to prom some new changes have been made. As most people know on the day of prom which this year is May 10th, all juniors get a half day. Well, that’s not the case for this year. Juniors have been told in order to got to prom they must attend school until 1:12 that day. Now administrators have made their rule even stricter, if you do not attend a full day of school, meaning get out at 2:13 then you will have to make up the day the following Saturday, May 11th in order to attend your senior prom.

“This is ridiculous”, said Junior Kelly Sharkey, “ how do they think we will have enough time to get ready, this needs to be changed immediately.”

Sharkey along with several other frustrated students have complained about the new changes. But after speaking with the vice principal, there is no changes to be made from this point forward. Make sure you hand in your class dues, go to school, and girls, make your appointments now,  it’s gonna be a tight time crunch this year!
