As we all may know, it is now football season. Football is an enjoyable time for the triton community because they get to look forward not only to cheer on their classmates in a sport they love watching, but to have the privilege to be under the bright lights, sitting on the bleachers at our new stadium. New England has a love for football, as well as Particelli who has been playing football for years. His advantage of playing one last year on the new field is being one of the leaders on the team. His captaincy is something that he is appreciative of, and thinks is well deserved. “I feel really good about it. I’ve always wanted to be put into the captain position and

it’s great that I finally accomplished my goal.”

Particelli, is not only the only leader, as well as two others who he believes worked just as hard as him to get where he is now. “I think that all three of our captains myself included are deserving because we all put in a lot of work in the last four years to get to this point. I think we all have a good influence on the team by leading a good example on the practice and game field.”

With it being the seniors as a whole last year together on the field,  they will try and make it the most memorable one yet before they head off to college for a new beginning.

Particelli is unsure where he is going to college, but knows he would like to go away to school possibly out west. “I’m applying to some schools. One of my schools I wanna get into is UC Berkeley.”

The Triton Community is looking forward to watching the football teams hard work and dedication and wish them the best of luck in their season and in their future.
