On April 6th, Triton junior prom took place at the Black Swan in Georgetown. The night was filled with fun times that turned into great memories for the juniors.

Students told the triton voice about their night at the junior prom, “I had so much fun dancing with my friends all night even though it was really tiring” said Lynn Wideberg. From dancing to the photo booth there was many fun activities going on. “I also went into the photobooth with friends and wore accessories like sunglasses and it was so much fun” said Wideberg.

The dj played really good music that made dancing more fun. “All the songs were really up beat and made mostly everyone get up and dance” said Onica Mooney. From Pitbull to Ed Sheeran, all genres were enjoyed that night. “The slow dance was nice because the whole night was really up beat so I liked slowing it down for a little while” said Mooney.

Dancing circles to the soda machine exploding, students still had a great time. “Dancing around in a circle with all my friends was probably my favorite part of the night” said Jessica Hood. All of the sudden students heard a loud noise coming from the bar, “I looked over and the machine was broken and soda was going everywhere” said Hood.

The junior prom was a success, students had a great time. “It was overall a great time because it’s nice to hangout with the whole grade outside of school” said Jasmine Mohit.
