Fashionista of the Week- junior Spiros Markopoulos
November 1, 2017
Layers, layers, layers! The winter season is approaching quicker than you can say ‘chestnuts roasting on an open fire.’ With a new season brings new fashion! It’s time to break out the sweaters and jeans because winter is coming.
Triton High School junior Spiros Markopoulos has been demonstrating cold season fashion for the past week. New England’s weather can jump from 75℉ to 55℉ in just a day, so the fashionistas of the school must be prepared for whatever’s next. With layers of Patagonia on, Markopoulos shared his eye-popping fashion during an interview with The Triton Voice.
“Well my favorite color is blue,” shared Markopoulos. “But sometimes it’s pink because the ladies love a boy who can pull off pink.” This statement by Markopoulos is supported by the dark, royal blue Patagonia quarter-zip he strutted on Tuesday, October 24th, throughout the Triton halls.
The Triton Voice was interested in Markopoulos to sharing whether always dresses his finest for school or if he adjusts to the casual side once in awhile.
“I make a gametime decision every morning, but I usually will dress up,” said Markopoulos. However, his comfy side was exposed on Friday morning of October 27th. Flashing a pair of brown moccasins, dusty sweatpants, and of course, a bright pink t-shirt, Markopoulos showed he is not afraid to be comfy and cozy at school as well.
Students throughout Triton High must be confident in what they wear and how they wear it. With a comfortable atmosphere and community, fashion is expressed frequently in this district.
