The Patriots offense, guided by their new offensive coordinator, faced difficulties on capitalizing on potential scoring opportunities, ranking dead last in the league for offense averaging 17 points a game. Meanwhile, the Patriot’s defense has shown some promise in individual performance’s, like Christian Gonzalez with two interceptions on the season, but the defense as a whole had issues with stopping high-powered offenses, particularly in late-game situations. Patriot’s fans hope this off-season New England management focuses on bolstering their offensive line to protect their young quarterback, and also adding some play makers at the skills positions.
